Your Data

What STACKED keeps about you, why, and how to take it with you or have it deleted. The full legal text is in the Privacy Policy.

What we keep

  • Your account — email, name, the date and edition of the terms you accepted, email preferences.
  • Your journal — trades, notes, tags, ratings, screenshots, payouts, settings and layouts.
  • Your prop accounts — the accounts you track, their status, rules and history, your copy groups.
  • Your imports — a record of each import (file name, counts, when) so you can undo it.
  • Your broker connections — which platforms you connected, your consent, and encrypted credentials (deleted when you disconnect).
  • Deleted broker trades — the platform and the broker’s trade ID only, so a sync doesn’t bring back what you deleted.
  • AI history — the debriefs and chart reviews you generated.

Take it with you

Account → Download my data gives you everything above as one file: your raw data, with nothing hidden. Your journal also exports to CSV from the Import / Export button.

Reset or delete it

  • Account → Reset all data clears your trading data and keeps your account.
  • To delete your account and the personal data it holds, email hello@stackedsheet.com from the address on your account; we handle it as the law requires. Deleting an account cancels any subscription and removes its sign-in.
  • Disconnecting a broker deletes its credentials at once.

Payment and invoice records stay with our payment processor where tax and accounting law require it.

Who processes it

Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments and tax), Anthropic (the AI Analyst — not used to train its models), Fly.io (live sync), Rewardful (affiliate referrals), Shopify (our website), our email-delivery provider, and — only if you connect them — the brokers and platforms you choose.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, and reset your data and withdraw consent yourself in the app; for deletion or anything else, write to hello@stackedsheet.com. In the EU you can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Denmark, Datatilsynet). The controller is Verbic Holdings LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
