Subscriptions, free trial & refunds
STACKED is a subscription web application. Plans are purchased and managed at app.stackedsheet.com and billed by Verbic Holdings LLC through Stripe. This storefront does not process purchases.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for (month or year). We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
Because you can try STACKED free before paying and cancel at any time, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not prorate unused time within a billing period — except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will make it right.
One-time in-app upgrades
Optional upgrades (such as The Roadmap and The Structure) are digital content delivered instantly inside the app. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery; once unlocked they are non-refundable, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law. For customers in the EU/UK: by requesting immediate access to digital content you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
Legacy purchases
One-time purchases of the former STACKED Google Sheets product remain governed by the refund terms shown at the time of purchase. For support with a legacy purchase, use the contact page.
