Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the STACKED website (stackedsheet.com) and the STACKED web application at app.stackedsheet.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Verbic Holdings LLC ("STACKED", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
STACKED is a trading journal and analytics application. You log your trades; the Service derives statistics, charts, calendars and reports from the data you enter. Optional one-time upgrades (such as The Roadmap and The Structure) unlock additional content inside the app.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by Verbic Holdings LLC through Stripe. New accounts include a 7-day free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your chosen plan is charged. Prices may change with notice effective from your next billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
4. Your data
The trading data, notes and screenshots you log belong to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that data in order to operate the Service. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to breach security, scrape or resell the Service, share one account across multiple users, reverse engineer the software, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, charts, content and the Roadmap and Structure materials, is owned by Verbic Holdings LLC and protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service; it does not transfer any ownership. Upgrade content may not be redistributed or resold.
7. Not financial advice
STACKED is an educational and analytics tool only. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not a broker, adviser or proprietary trading firm. Sample data shown in marketing and in-app demos is illustrative, not a track record. Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of capital; decisions you make are your own.
8. Promotions & affiliates
We may offer promotional codes from time to time, including creator codes. Codes are promotional in nature, limited to one per checkout, have no cash value, may carry their own conditions, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Some creators and publishers participate in our affiliate program and may earn a commission when you subscribe or purchase through their code or link; affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Verbic Holdings LLC, and their content and opinions are their own. Any complimentary access we grant is personal, non-transferable, and revocable.
9. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service available and improve it continuously, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Features may change over time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbic Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
