This Privacy Policy explains how Verbic Holdings LLC, operating as STACKED ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit stackedsheet.com or use the STACKED web application at app.stackedsheet.com (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and login credentials (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google) when you create a STACKED account.
- Billing information: your subscription plan, billing history, and payment status. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
- Journal data: the trades, notes, screenshots, settings, and preferences you log inside the app. This data belongs to you and is stored so the Service can work.
- Onboarding answers: the short questionnaire you complete when creating an account, used to tailor the Service.
- Technical information: standard data your browser shares (IP address, device and browser type) and cookies, used to operate the Service, keep it secure, and understand traffic.

2. How we use your information
- To create and operate your account and deliver the Service.
- To process subscription billing and in-app purchases, and to send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, payment issues).
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- With your consent, to send occasional product updates or offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service, including attributing referrals under our creator program.

3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service: our application and database hosting providers, Stripe (payments and billing), our transactional email provider, Shopify (which hosts this marketing site), and Rewardful (affiliate and referral attribution for our creator program). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service. We do not sell your personal data, and your journal data is never shared or used for anything other than operating your account.

4. Cookies
The Service uses cookies to keep you signed in, to function correctly, and to measure traffic. If you arrive through a creator's referral link, a Rewardful attribution cookie (lasting up to 60 days) records that referral so the creator can be credited for your purchase; it identifies the referral, not you personally. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data retention
We keep your account and journal data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your journal data is deleted; billing records are retained as long as required for legal and accounting obligations.

6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us or use the contact page.

7. Legacy store purchases
If you previously purchased the STACKED Google Sheets product through this store, the order information collected at the time (name, email, billing details) is retained as required for accounting and support, under the terms above.
